Birding Tours to Costa Rica!
Majestic Feathers is organizing more birding trips to Costa Rica and we have been fortunate again to secure native Costa Rican bird guide and naturalist Edwin Ramirez to be our guide. If you have reviewed the Costa Rica page here on Majestic Feathers you know how taken I was with Costa Rica when I took a tour in 2008. Following that tour I organized my own Majestic Feathers trip in March of 2009 and Edwin was our guide. That trip was such a great success that I just had to do it again!

You will see from our brochure that this is a very affordable trip at $2,850 for twelve days of birding. This averages out to $238 dollars a day covering your lodging, food, transportation, a short flight on Nature Air, park fees, guides, and bus driver. Airfare from your country of origin and back home is not included in the $2,850 tour fee.
Yes you can likely find a 12 day trip that costs less for birding in Costa Rica. But will you spend time in a primary forest, or hike on trails that are some what challenging, or will that tour company spontaneously alter the daily schedule in the spirit of a true birding adventure? I doubt it!
There are of course tours available that cost more for 12 days of birding but what’s the point in spending more?
When you read our brochure you will learn that Edwin has years and years of bird guiding experience and to top it off he is a very knowledgeable naturalist. I think that there are some really important advantages both in price and expertise to traveling with us and I think that you will recognize the advantages.
